Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in engineering management or team lead role.
• Hands-on background in embedded and real-time software development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers across embedded C++/CUDA, GUI, and embedded Linux.
• Own the technical roadmap for the product software stack and align with product requirements.
• Lead design and architecture reviews to ensure quality and sound technical decisions.
• Drive software from prototype to production release and coordinate with hardware and clinical teams.
• Ensure IEC 62304, IEC 60601-1 and ISO 14971 compliance with proper documentation and traceability.
