Job summary

Capital One UK in Nottingham is seeking a senior engineer to lead and grow a mobile engineering community. You will design and develop features across diverse teams, mentoring juniors while guiding architectures and promoting modern practices like TDD, BDD, and pair programming.

You will collaborate with engineering managers and senior engineers, contribute to a hybrid working model (Nottingham head office), and deliver frequent high-quality releases in a regulated environment.
