Job summary

ClearRoute is building an SDLC Policy-as-Code capability for clients. You’ll design and operate services that connect GitHub/Azure DevOps to policy evaluation, returning fast allow/deny decisions at deployment.

The role is event-driven, API-led, and part of a broader Continuous Compliance Framework initiative. You’ll work in a hybrid setup with a focus on secure, auditable delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Strong C# experience on .NET 10 (Azure Functions isolated worker v4, Clean Architecture, TDD).
• Experience with Azure; Python familiarity beneficial for policy-as-code infra.
• Solid understanding of modern SDLC and strong integration engineering experience.
• Ability to build clean, tested, maintainable services.
• Knowledge of Continuous Compliance Frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate REST APIs, webhook receivers and API clients between GitHub/Azure DevOps and policy evaluation.
• Develop and maintain services that ingest evidence, evaluate policy, and provide reliable allow/deny decisions.
• Build modular, tested services with REST APIs, event-driven and serverless design.
• Incorporate security, audit, risk and compliance as primary design inputs.
