Job summary

ClearRoute is an engineering consultancy focused on cloud platforms and developer experience. We seek an experienced Cloud Security Engineering professional to drive the security of client cloud platforms and contribute to secure deployments within a global team.

You will review cloud services, design and deliver security controls, and collaborate with infrastructure engineers to embed security into delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience in enterprise cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with threat modelling, security reviews and testing.
• Strong understanding of cryptography, authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Review security challenges with cloud platform services.
• Design, develop and deliver security controls for cloud platforms.
• Work alongside infrastructure engineers to contribute to design and delivery of cloud services.
• Act as security SME for cloud services.
