You’ll lead code reviews, contribute architectural input, and mentor teammates while delivering reliable, scalable systems.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in software development, expertise in C++ and Python, strong Linux skills, and experience with low-latency, distributed trading environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; global teams.
• Expertise in modern C++ development.
• Proficiency in Linux environments.
• Advanced knowledge of data structures and networking concepts.
• Proficiency in Python.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership in designing, developing, testing, and optimizing high-performance order gateway solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Participate in architectural and design discussions, code reviews, and provide guidance to peers.
• Champion testing strategies and ensure software quality and reliability.
• Provide Level 2 support to technology operations for order gateway components.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
