Flow Traders is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (C++), in London, to drive the Core Platform. You will lead development, rollout, and optimization of our event-driven trading systems used across multiple business groups, collaborating with researchers, quants, and traders to deliver high-performance solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of C++ experience, a strong background in algorithms and parallel programming, and a passion for low-latency systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-graduation C++ software development experience
• Experience with event-driven trading systems preferred
• Ability to write clean, reliable, and scalable code

Responsibilities

• Lead development and rollout of Core platform across multiple focus groups
• Develop tools and frameworks for data-driven pricing and trading strategies
• Collaborate with quants, researchers and traders to refine requirements
• Work on exchange integration and performance optimization
