Qualifications

• Designing, building, and maintaining complex, highly available software systems at scale.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or banking space.
• Proficient in at least one major backend language and distributed architectures.
• Production & observability: APIs, monitoring, and alerting.

Responsibilities

• Architect & Deliver: Lead the design and development of the next iteration of our global platform, streamlining complex cross-border payments.
• Domain Ownership: Own services end-to-end from design to deployment and production health.
• Technical Leadership: Drive product initiatives with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor & Coach: Guide engineers and promote high engineering standards and code reviews.
• Collaborate Globally: Work with distributed teams to design robust services and components.
