Redcat Digital is seeking a senior engineer to join our rapid-growing fintech team in the FX risk domain. You will lead engineering efforts, shaping architecture and best practices across the stack.

You will build tools processing billions in transactions, mentor juniors, and collaborate with top engineers to deliver scalable, reliable solutions. Strong TypeScript/AWS skills required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with AWS services (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, Kinesis, S3).
• Experience implementing TDD, SOLID, and clean code practices.
• Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Senior member of engineering team building industry-leading products in FX risk management.
• Help build tools processing large transaction volumes for high-value clients.
• Act as technical leader and help set coding standards.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers and collaborate with fast-growing B2B fintech team.
