Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a near-Worcester location to own and lead desktop application development for hardware-integrated software. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in desktop app engineering, strong Python, C and C++, and solid Linux experience.

You will join a small, agile team, provide technical leadership, and take ownership across multiple products, with a focus on safety-critical environments as a desirable bonus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of desktop application software engineering experience using Python, C and C++.
• Strong Linux OS experience.
• Software development experience within a software/hardware co-design environment.
• Experience with technical leadership and a high level of responsibility.
• Experience working in a small, agile team with a high degree of autonomy.
• Desirable: experience working in a safety-critical environment.
