Job summary

This permanent hybrid role spends Tue-Thu in the office and two remote days, with full lifecycle ownership from design to deployment, plus opportunities to grow through external qualifications funding.
Qualifications
- Production-grade software engineering experience and knowledge of the lifecycle.
- Strong leadership by example and mentoring of engineers.
- Experience designing and owning end-to-end software deployment and architecture patterns.
- Commitment to data quality and test-driven development.
- Familiarity with automation, incident management and on-call rotation.
- Hybrid work preference: Tuesday–Thursday onsite.
Responsibilities
