Job summary

Applied Intuition in London, UK, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join the UK engineering team. You will design, develop, test and deploy production-grade C++ software and integrate it with customer platforms.

You will mentor junior engineers, work with product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions, and occasionally travel to customer sites as needed. This is a full-time, in-office role with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related engineering field.
• 5+ years’ hands-on experience developing performant modern C++.
• Experience with Docker, Linux and containerized development.
• Interest in clean code and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of new tools and products from incubation to production.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product managers and customers.
• Write, test, and debug efficient modern C++ code for complex software solutions.
• Integrate software from customers and other teams into the products we build.
