Job summary

Content Guru Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Workforce Management (WFM) development team at our Head Office in Bracknell, Berkshire. You will design, develop and maintain sophisticated applications and services with a strong emphasis on algorithmic and mathematical functionality.

You will write clean, maintainable C# code, understand existing algorithms and contribute to their refinement.

Qualifications

• Senior Software Engineer with strong C# experience and algorithmic focus.
• Experience solving complex mathematical problems in large-scale systems.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain features with a focus on algorithmic functionality.
• Write clean, well-structured C# code.
• Develop understanding of existing algorithms and their key use cases.
• Identify approaches to improve and extend algorithms.
• Contribute to design, specification and refinement of development work.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment and documentation.
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues to understand requirements.
