Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and applied experience.
• Strong understanding of SRE principles, including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and incident management.
• Experience with monitoring tools, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience using enterprise-authored AI-assisted software development tools with evaluation and security checks.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with ability to handle non-routine problems.
• Creates secure, high‑quality production code and maintains algorithms.
• Performs platform design, setup and configuration, supporting data engineering and ML teams.
• Collaborates to optimize infrastructure, deployment processes, automation, and operational excellence.
• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture and applicability.
• Contributes to communities of practice and team diversity and inclusion.
