Qualifications

• A senior engineer comfortable working in a polyglot environment.
• Expert in either Java, Go or TypeScript (not all).
• Production software development and operations experience.
• Passion for AI developer tooling and evolving tools through adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate agentic tooling used by engineers across Wise, including security and telemetry.
• Build an engineering knowledge base accessible to engineers and AI agents.
• Lead AI enablement through hands-on workshops and adoption campaigns.
• Create and maintain products that reduce friction in software development lifecycle.
• Improve the developer portal and shared services for discoverability and action.
