Job summary

Wise is hiring an AI Implementation Senior Manager to design, build and deploy AI solutions for KYC/CS operations. You’ll lead independent delivery across teams, ensuring reliable data, scalable architecture and measurable impact.

You’ll work with Product and Engineering, applying governance and data standards, with a focus on practical, enterprise-ready AI capabilities that reduce manual effort and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience building AI agents or automations, including designing, testing and improving prompts and agent workflows.
• Enterprise data fluency and readiness across a complex data landscape; understands data ownership, lineage and definitions.
• Use SQL, APIs and connectors to integrate AI outputs into operational workflows with maintainability.
• Software development to turn prototypes into tested, maintainable software.
• Understanding of how LLMs behave and fit into backend systems; scalable design choices.
• Independent delivery with ownership from problem to delivery and cross-team alignment.
• Comfort with ambiguity, testing ideas empirically and learning to improve solutions.
• Clear communication translating operational needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities by understanding complex workflows and prioritising AI automation.
• Design and develop AI agents, map data flows and integrate outputs into existing tools.
• Assess data readiness, identify authoritative sources and ensure reliable data flows for AI use cases.
• Coordinate deployment with Product and Engineering; involve Privacy, Security and Compliance.
• Monitor agent performance, maintain reliability and improve as needs evolve.
• Document solutions and share reusable approaches to enable wider adoption.
