As a Senior Software Engineer at MHR, you'll combine hands-on technical expertise with engineering leadership to deliver complex, high-impact solutions. Working across TypeScript, Java, Python, and modern cloud technologies, you'll influence architecture, solve challenging technical problems, and help shape how AI is embedded into both our products and engineering practices.

Your Team

You’ll join a collaborative team of engineers focused on building scalable, high-quality software. Mentoring will be a key part of your role as you support the growth of junior and mid-level engineers through coaching, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing. You’ll help foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and engineering excellence.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a senior engineer with advanced expertise in TypeScript, Java, Python, or a combination of these technologies. You’ll have strong experience building scalable applications, solving complex technical challenges, and influencing technical direction. Just as importantly, you’ll be passionate about coaching and mentoring engineers, helping others develop their skills while embracing emerging technologies, including AI, to drive innovation and efficiency.
