MHR in the United Kingdom is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to shape product and technical direction across a modern SaaS platform. You will define strategy, influence architecture, and guide delivery using .NET and Azure, with cloud-native design, distributed systems, and test-driven development.

You will champion AI-assisted development, mentor engineers, and work across cross-functional teams to achieve scalable, high-quality outcomes while balancing long-term vision with delivery.
