MHR is seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the feature development of our People First SaaS product. You will shape product vision and execution across engineering, design, marketing and sales to turn ideas into impactful, real‑world solutions.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders to set ambitious OKRs, prioritise work, and lead discovery and delivery across cross‑functional teams, ensuring customer value and growth.

Your Team

You’ll be joining a collaborative, cross‑functional team that includes engineering, design, marketing, and sales professionals who are all passionate about creating meaningful digital experiences.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and Senior Product Managers, you will set ambitious goals (OKRs), align strategies, and transform insights into innovative, customer‑centric features.

Your Impact

As an experienced product owner, your decisions will shape the success of our People First product suite and directly influence our customers’ experience.

From informing product vision to leading discovery and prioritisation, you’ll ensure we deliver features that meet real business needs - driving growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute product strategy and roadmap.
• Define problems, prioritise solutions, and manage trade‑offs.
• Collaborate across teams on design, research, and go‑to‑market plans.
• Manage development teams, agile ceremonies and deliver stories
• Stay informed on market trends and ways to innovate in delivery with AI.
• Communicate clearly, take ownership, and drive delivery.
