Lead the delivery of high-impact SaaS implementation projects that help organisations transform the way they manage their people and payroll. As a Project Manager at MHR, you'll take ownership of complex customer implementations, guiding projects from kick-off to go-live while building trusted relationships with stakeholders. If you enjoy driving successful outcomes, solving challenges and delivering real value for customers, this is a role where you can make a genuine difference.

Your Team

You’ll work closely with consultants, Customer Success, Sales and technical teams to deliver seamless implementations. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring every project delivers measurable business value.

Your Impact

You’ll be the driving force behind successful SaaS deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. By managing risks, stakeholder expectations and project performance, you’ll help customers realise value faster while strengthening long-term partnerships with MHR.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• Experience managing project plans, budgets, risks and resources.
• Confident communicator who can engage at all levels.
• PRINCE2, Agile or similar project management experience.
• Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset.
• HR, Payroll or HCM software implementation experience is a bonus.
