Raytheon UK is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in London to design and build enterprise software in an agile, cross‑functional team. The role requires active eDV clearance and onsite work with potential remote/hybrid options depending on role and site requirements.

Applicants should have strong Java/Spring Boot experience, modern frontend skills (React/Vue), cloud and DevOps capabilities, and experience with Docker/Kubernetes, IaC tools, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Agile delivery environment.

Requirements / Knowledge

• Experience working in an Agile delivery team
• Java development with Spring Boot
• Front‑end development using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue)

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Containerisation and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes

Work Culture

37hr working week, although hours may vary depending on role, job requirement or site‑specific arrangements. Early 1.30pm finish Friday, start your weekend early! Remote, hybrid and site based working opportunities, dependant on your needs and the requirements of the role. Up to 5 paid days volunteering each year.
