Key responsibilities

• Promote consistent standards within the team.
• Support smooth project delivery, enhancements, and support tasks.
• Contribute to technology choices, including architecture, code reuse, best practices, source control, and deployment.
• Engage in agile development processes.
• Align performance with team and company objectives.
• Assist with critical support issues when needed.
• Build strong relationships with other departments and clients.
• Be available for occasional out-of-hours support if required.
