Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker registered with SWE.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and available support.
• Manage a complex caseload and provide supervision and practice advice.
• Triage urgent cases and safeguarding referrals and make informed decisions.
• Liaise with Health for hospital discharges and work with the Ministry of Justice on forensic cases.
