Hampshire County Council is recruiting a Case Worker to join our Mental Health and Substance Misuse Team. You’ll provide individuals with support to maximise independence and wellbeing, with training from experienced colleagues and social workers.

No prior social work experience is essential; you will receive mentorship and professional development as you learn to assess needs and coordinate care with families and other health professionals.
