Job summary

Sandwell Children's Trust is seeking passionate social care professionals to influence a new Family Help Model and improve outcomes for children and families in Sandwell. Hybrid, full-time, 37 hours per week, with a generous package and rewards.

You will need a recognised Social Work qualification, be registered with Social Work England and have completed ASYE with at least 2 years’ post-qualifying experience in a Children & Families setting. Strong partnership working is essential.

Qualifications

• You will need to have a recognised professional Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
• ASYE completed and at least 2 years post qualifying experience in a Children & Families setting.
• Experience in a children and families setting and knowledge of minimum standards.
• Ability to analyse information and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Influence a new way of working within Sandwell Children’s Trust.
• Be part of a supportive partnership practice model and collaborate across agencies.
• Improve outcomes for children and families across Sandwell, working with education, police, health and voluntary sectors.
