Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a dedicated Senior Social Worker to join our Children's Services team in Birmingham, focusing on Child Protection and Children in Need cases. You will manage complex caseloads and contribute to safeguarding children in the community.

The role requires a recognised Social Work degree, registration with Social Work England, and substantial CP/CIN experience. You will collaborate with multi‑agency partners, supervise junior staff, and maintain thorough records in line

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent (CQSW).
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Significant post-qualifying CP/CIN experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of complex CP and CIN cases to safeguard children.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Collaborate with multi‑agency teams to coordinate support services.
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior social workers and students.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with local policies.
