Bexley is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Complex Care Team in Bexleyheath. The role focuses on supervising a small team, leading Care Act activity, and delivering high-quality adult social care with a strength-based approach.

You will oversee review processes, provide professional guidance, and support service users with complex needs while working in a hybrid model based at the Bexleyheath Civic Office.

Qualificações

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Experience in Adult Social Care.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience supporting review activity.
• Experience supervising or supporting a team.

Responsabilidades

• Review and Care Act activity within Adult Social Care.
• Supervise a small team of practitioners.
• Provide guidance and oversight during review/Care Act activity.
• Apply Adult Social Care experience to support people with complex care needs.
