From speaking with senior management, it is clear they have the best interests of their workers in mind. They are now looking to build on their already thriving teams with a few more experienced professionals to join their Safeguarding team as Senior Social Workers.
The flexible-working role comes with a salary of £44,658 to £46,704
Caseloads will be fairly distributed, and the team fosters a sense of togetherness, working collaboratively. As a Senior Social Worker, you will manage a more complex caseload, including assessments, visiting children and families, interventions, reviewing work, direct work with children, young people, and families, and other necessary tasks. Managers encourage in-office presence with hybrid working options available.

As this is a statutory role, a social work qualification and registration with Social Work England are required.
