As a Senior Social Worker, you will manage and supervise staff, deliver statutory social work services, and promote child safety and wellbeing. We are seeking an experienced social worker to join one of our newly created Locality Hubs. In addition to the salary, you will receive a market premium of £2,750 per annum.
Our locality teams deliver statutory and early help services to children and young people in need of support, protection, and care. Buckinghamshire Council is a new organisation combining the strengths of five previous councils, committed to serving residents better and representing them strongly both locally and nationally.

We seek a dedicated, compassionate individual with strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for social work. Requirements include a recognized social work qualification, active SWE registration, substantial experience with vulnerable children, and a commitment to child safety.
