Locality Senior Social Worker - Children's Services

Join our team as a Locality Senior Social Worker - Children's Services at Buckinghamshire Council.

Overview

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? Join our dedicated Children's Services team to help ensure the safety and wellbeing of our community's most vulnerable members.

As a Senior Social Worker, you will manage and supervise staff, deliver statutory social work services, and promote child safety and wellbeing. We are seeking an experienced social worker to join one of our newly created Locality Hubs. In addition to the salary, you will receive a market premium of £2,750 per annum.

About The Role

We seek a dedicated, compassionate individual with strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for social work. Requirements include a recognized social work qualification, active SWE registration, substantial experience with vulnerable children, and a commitment to child safety.
