Bolton Council is recruiting an experienced social worker to join our high-performing Safeguarding and Referral & Assessment Teams. Your wellbeing, development and professional judgement will be valued in our supportive local authority.

Reporting to a team manager, you will coordinate multi-agency meetings, assessments and intervention plans to deliver best outcomes for children and families, with hybrid and flexible working options available.

Qualifications

Must have a Social Work Qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
Experience as a social worker in safeguarding and children services is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver best practice to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
Coordinate multi-agency meetings, assessments, plans and interventions.
Build strong relationships with children, families and partner agencies.
Report to a team manager and contribute to service development.
