South Gloucestershire Council is seeking a Senior Practitioner within an integrated Mental Health Team to improve services for adults in our community. You will lead day-to-day team management, supervise social workers and students, and support staff with complex caseloads to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Evidence of ongoing CPD and knowledge of current social care legislation.
• Ability to assess and manage risk in complex cases.
• Experience and qualification in social work with SWE registration.
