Birmingham Children’s Trust is recruiting a senior safeguarding-led social work professional to join a developing frontline service in Birmingham. The role focuses on safeguarding, complex case management and delivering high-quality assessments for children and families.

You will be part of a collaborative team, with hybrid working arrangements, and opportunities to mentor colleagues while maintaining focus on improving outcomes for children and young people.

Qualificações

• Experienced safeguarding-led Senior Practitioner with Social Work qualification and registration.
• Background in child and adolescent complex mental health or willingness to develop these specialist skills.
• Proven track record in safeguarding and complex case management with timely, child-centered assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and support newly qualified social workers and students.
• Cover Team Manager duties during absences and leave periods.
• Engage in multi-agency partnership working with education and health; build strong relationships.
