Job summary

Beauty Pie is seeking a highly creative Social Art Director to join our Studio team. This senior individual contributor will own social briefs from concept to capture, edit and delivery, turning social and business objectives into strong, platform-native ideas.

You’ll develop concepts, plan and lead content capture, direct talent, shoot where appropriate, oversee the edit, and ensure alignment with platform goals and brand. A culture-driven, fast-paced creative mind is essential.

Qualifications

Strong creative eye and social fluency with a genuine point of view.
Ability to develop ideas and direct talent, shoot content and edit.
Comfort challenging briefs, bringing fresh thinking to social content.

Responsibilities

Own briefs end-to-end from concept to delivery and performance learning.
Develop platform-native concepts for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
Lead production: plan shoots, shot lists, scripts, and direct talent/contributors.
Hands-on: shoot social content, especially mobile/lightweight setups.
Own the edit: create engaging short-form video and stills with strong pacing and storytelling.
Deliver content across organic, paid, CRM, website and social placements.
Use data to improve creativity through testing and iteration.
Stay culturally relevant by tracking trends, memes and emerging formats.
