Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Art Director in beauty/luxury.
• Strong portfolio of beauty-led social content.
• Deep understanding of social platforms and performance.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction of social-first beauty content across platforms.
• Bring a strong point of view on beauty trends, aesthetics, and storytelling formats.
• Concept and execute innovative, platform-native ideas for tutorials, creator-led content, and product storytelling.
• Act as Art Director on set for beauty shoots, ensuring lighting, texture, colour, and product accuracy.
• Capture iPhone self-shot content with strong TikTok/short-form language understanding.
• Develop Burberry Beauty's social visual identity consistent with brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with Beauty Art Directors and Design teams to extend campaigns into social.
• Manage relationships with agencies, creators, photographers, stylists, and collaborators.
