• Detail-oriented with data accuracy and record-keeping.

Responsabilités

• Assess and underwrite new and renewal business within authority.
• Drive profitable portfolio growth and targets for GWP and commissions.
• Manage submissions, renewals and broker inquiries promptly.
• Build and maintain strong broker relationships to increase engagement.
• Review broker panel performance and discuss with brokers.
• Negotiate with brokers balancing opportunities and underwriting discipline.
• Maintain records and comply with E&O and FCA guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve service and knowledge sharing.
