Lawes Consulting Group is seeking experienced Commercial Underwriters for UK-wide remote roles. You will underwrite SME to mid-market commercial risks and build strong broker relationships across your patch.

You will make decisions on new business and renewals within your authority, with a focus on growing a profitable book rather than merely processing referrals. UK-wide remote opportunities apply, with required UK experience.

Competenze

• Commercial underwriting experience (package, property, casualty, or mixed portfolio).
• Confidence dealing with brokers directly and a genuine appetite for relationship building.
• Cert CII / Dip CII welcome but not essential, attitude and trading instinct matter more.

Mansioni

• Underwriting SME through to mid-market commercial risks.
• Building and trading a broker panel in your patch, face to face and over the phone.
• Making the call on new business and renewals within your authority.
• Growing a profitable book, not just processing referrals.
