Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial or Corporate Banking with SME or trading-business clients.
• Ability to originate and/or win new business or contribute to deal execution.
• Strong portfolio and relationship management capabilities.
• Credit assessment and risk-enabled decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own an SME client portfolio across North & West Yorkshire, focusing on growth and relationship outcomes.
• Deliver lending, working capital, payments, deposits and cards solutions to clients.
• Originate new-to-bank opportunities through proactive relationship-led development.
• Assess credit proposals and manage risk in line with policy.
