Job summary

Funding Circle in London is seeking a senior IC in a fast-paced sales role responsible for the full loan cycle from outreach to funding. You will manage borrower relationships, drive high volumes, and exceed monthly targets in a hybrid London office.

You'll build a high-quality SME pipeline, leverage data-driven outreach, and mentor teammates as part of a collaborative sales culture. Prior success in B2B finance is essential, with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales within commercial finance or SME lending.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Confident running the entire sales cycle independently, with strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Highly organized pipeline management with multi-stage deals.
• Excellent telephone skills and ability to explain complex products to non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage, nurture, and close a high-quality SME pipeline through outbound execution and consultative selling.
• Manage the end-to-end commercial lifecycle and structure financing solutions for borrowers.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with business owners as their funding partner.
• Pitch Funding Circle against alternatives to win new borrowers.
• Consistently hit monthly targets and contribute to company growth.
