The FC Plus team champions premium relationship management to grow long-term client value and retention for a portfolio of £3.25m+ turnover businesses.

You will own a portfolio, conduct in-depth discovery calls, convert inbound leads across Term Loans, Asset Finance, and Flexipay, and collaborate with third-party lenders to tailor funding

• Influence FC Plus strategy and drive growth through premium service.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of a portfolio of £3.25m+ turnover businesses, acting as their dedicated contact and cultivating long-term relationships.
• Drive ongoing client engagement through in-depth discovery calls to understand business goals, spot challenges, and deliver finance solutions
• Convert inbound leads (across Term Loans, Asset Finance, and Flexipay) and uncover new funding opportunities across your existing portfolio
• Partner with our trusted panel of third-party lenders for commercial and asset finance when Funding Circle’s core products aren't the exact fit.
• As a key member of a high‑growth channel, directly influence the strategy, development, and expansion of the FC Plus function
