Funding Circle in London (Hybrid) is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to own and grow a portfolio of £3.25m+ turnover businesses. You will build long-term client relationships, drive retention, and contribute to strategy in a flexible-first, high-performance environment.

You will conduct in-depth discovery, convert inbound leads across Term Loans, Asset Finance, and Flexipay, and collaborate with lenders to tailor finance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a £3.25m+ turnover portfolio and act as primary contact.

• Partner with lenders to find best-fit funding when core products aren’t exact fit.
• Influence FC Plus strategy and expansion within a high-growth channel.
