The role involves converting inbound leads across Term Loans, Asset Finance, and Flexipay, partnering with lenders, and influencing FC Plus strategy. Hybrid work with 3 in-office days supports collaboration and client engagement.

• Take full ownership of a portfolio of £3.25m+ turnover businesses, acting as their dedicated contact.
• Drive ongoing client engagement through in-depth discovery calls to understand goals, spot challenges, and deliver finance solutions.
• Convert inbound leads across Term Loans, Asset Finance, and Flexipay and uncover new funding opportunities within the portfolio.
• Partner with a trusted panel of lenders for suitable finance when Funding Circle core products aren’t a fit.
• Influence the strategy, development, and expansion of the FC Plus function.
