Job summary

Provide CIC in Essex is seeking a Band 7 speech and language therapist to coordinate and deliver a high quality service across multiple settings. You will work with children and young people, focusing on complex needs and AAC, and will have opportunities to supervise therapists and assistants.

The role supports service planning and delivery within the Therapies service, with a focus on quality, safety and impact for families and schools across the region.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered SLT.
• Experience with complex needs and AAC.
• Ability to supervise therapists and assistants.
• Willingness to travel across Essex settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead on service delivery in designated settings.
• Hold a highly specialist clinical caseload within schools.
• Supervise and line manage therapists and assistants.
• Contribute to planning and service delivery of the Therapies service.
