Macdonald & Company are seeking a Building Surveyor to join their team and look after a diverse property portfolio across the North West. Based in South Manchester, you’ll work with a team of surveyors covering offices, warehouses, retail units and some residential properties.

You’ll handle the full range of Building Surveying works—from dilapidations to project work—making every day varied and interesting.

Job description

This property company and developer is looking for a Building Surveyor to join them and help look-after their property portfolio across the North West.

Based in South Manchester and working with a team of surveyors, you’d be covering all sorts of property from offices and warehouses through to retail units and some residential as well. Covering the full gamut of Building Surveying works, from dilapidations through to project work, every day will be different and interesting.

You don't need to be chartered, but if you'd like to be then there is full APC support there, great career potential and a friendly and welcoming bunch of professionals.
