Job summary

Everywhen is seeking candidates with a passion for property to join our growing team. You will produce site surveys and work with our desktop assessment team, combining desktop assessments, phone consultations, and site visits across commercial and residential property risks, including listed and bespoke structures.

This role involves handling sensitive information and will require a Basic Check with the Disclosure and Barring Service.

Qualifications

• Experience with buildings and construction techniques and survey methods.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to learn in-house systems.
• Excellent communication and problem solving with the ability to convey findings concisely.

Responsibilities

• Produce relevant site surveys and desktop assessments.
• Conduct telephone-based consultations and site visits across commercial and residential properties.
• Engage with sensitive information and perform risk assessments.
