You will cover a wide range of Building Surveying works, from dilapidations to project work, on offices, warehouses, retail units and some residential properties. APC support is available and career progression is strong.

This property company and developer is looking for a Building Surveyor to join them and help look-after their property portfolio across the North West.

Based in South Manchester and working with a team of surveyors, you’d be covering all sorts of property from offices and warehouses through to retail units and some residential as well. Covering the full gamut of Building Surveying works, from dilapidations through to project work, every day will be different and interesting.

You don't need to be chartered, but if you'd like to be then there is full APC support there, great career potential and a friendly and welcoming bunch of professionals.
