Job summary

Mastella Ventures Ltd is seeking a proactive Site Services Manager to lead our Site Services function, supporting key customer accounts, managing repair activities, overseeing warranty performance, and driving business growth.

You will act as a link between customers, engineers, quality teams and maintenance operations, playing a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities to improve performance and generate new business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a small team of Project Managers delivering repair and refurbishment projects.
• Take commercial and operational ownership of the repairs and refurbishment function.
• Visit existing and prospective customers to understand requirements and identify new opportunities.
• Develop strong, long-term customer relationships and become a trusted technical/commercial point of contact.
• Identify opportunities to increase repair, refurbishment and lifecycle-service revenue.
• Manage projects from initial enquiry through quotation, planning, delivery and completion.
• Work closely with engineering, technical, manufacturing and operational teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, to specification and within agreed commercial parameters.
• Review project scopes, costs, margins and commercial performance.
• Provide quotations and support negotiations with customers.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and longer-term service relationships.
• Ensure excellent attention to detail across project documentation, costs, specifications and customer requirements.
• Resolve technical, warranty and commercial issues effectively and professionally.
• Help shape and develop processes as the repairs and refurbishment business continues to grow.
