Job summary

Antac Support Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality facility services across our site, managing a team of engineers to complete planned and reactive maintenance safely and efficiently.

You will drive health and safety, environmental compliance and quality standards, monitor KPIs, coordinate subcontractors, and manage costs with a focus on client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of building services maintenance.
• Proven experience managing building services contracts.
• Previous experience in a client facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of all hard FM and building service activities across the site.
• Lead the health and safety, environmental compliance and quality standards.
• Ensure contractual KPI’s and SLA’s are consistently achieved.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manager and coordinate subcontractors ensuring efficient work delivery.
• Profit and loss performance and cost control for the site.
