Job summary

ACS Performance in Crawley is seeking an experienced Site Services Manager to lead a busy site services function within an engineering-led business. You will blend technical management with people leadership and customer interaction.

The role covers repairs, warranty activity, KPI reviews, and identifying opportunities to improve performance and generate additional business through site visits and proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering/technical services teams.
• Strong customer relationship and account management skills.
• Proven track record in project delivery and commercial awareness.
• Ability to read technical docs, drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Repairs team with performance reviews and coaching.
• Manage escalated customer issues and ensure professional resolutions.
• Build relationships with key customer accounts and conduct site visits.
• Review KPI performance, service delivery and warranty costs.
• Coordinate engineers, suppliers and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Support site surveys, quotations and proposals to drive growth.
• Identify opportunities for additional repairs, upgrades and service work.
