Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join Corporate Bank Production in London. You will drive SRE practices, define SLOs and partner with cross-functional teams to improve production stability across critical platforms.

Responsibilities include building robust monitoring, applying AI/ML to incident detection, and leading RCA activities while collaborating with development, infrastructure and production teams worldwide.

Qualifications

SRE principles and production reliability mindset.
Experience with production support and ITIL practices in a large org.
Ability to partner with global teams and communicate effectively.
Deep understanding of application support/development and complex IT infra.

Responsibilities

Define and implement SLOs and embed SRE principles for reliability.
Build monitoring, observability, logging and alerting for deep health visibility.
Analyze production platforms to remediate performance and stability issues.
Prototype AI/ML solutions to improve production support efficiency and anomaly detection.
Lead RCA activities and implement preventative measures.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to manage risk and change.
