Job summary

Redmore Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations across multiple facilities in South Wales. The role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 Circa with a 25% annual bonus and a full-time permanent contract.

You will steer site performance, budgets, and P&L, develop department leaders, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The right candidate will combine strong operational leadership with a sharp commercial instinct and a proactive safety focus.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager or similar senior role.
• Strong commercial awareness with budget and P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing large teams in a customer-focused environment.
• A confident decision maker with excellent people management skills.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong understanding of health & safety and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day site operations and ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Manage and develop department leaders and site teams.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity and site performance.
• Take ownership of site budgets, forecasts and P&L performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and enhance the customer experience.
• Lead site projects, improvements and continuous development initiatives.
