Job summary

Redmore Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple facilities in South Wales, with a strong commercial focus.

You will own budgets and P&L, drive service delivery, safety compliance, and develop site teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

This full-time permanent role offers circa £60,000 plus a 25% annual bonus, with a dynamic environment and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager or similar senior role.
• Strong commercial awareness with budget and P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing large teams in a customer-focused environment.
• Confident decision maker with excellent people management skills.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong understanding of health & safety and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day site operations and ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Manage and develop department leaders and site teams.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity and site performance.
• Take ownership of site budgets, forecasts and P&L performance.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and enhance the customer experience.
• Lead site projects, improvements and continuous development initiatives.
